Idea-Vodafone Merger Said to Be Approved by NCLT

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)has approved the merger of Idea Cellular and the Indian unit of Vodafone Group, according to television channels.
Idea, a part of the Aditya Birla conglomerate, and Vodafone signed a merger agreement last year, which could create the country's biggest telecom operator.
The merger followed a broader trend by India's network operators, who are rushing to consolidate amid a year-long price war sparked by the entry of billionaire Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio.
Idea was not immediately reachable, while Vodafone had no immediate comment when contacted by Reuters.

Apple Rolls Out Keyboard Service Program for MacBook, MacBook to Fix 'Sticky Key' Issues Apple  is finally taking action on the  notorious butterfly-switch keyboard  in the  MacBook  and  MacBook Pro laptops. Apple on Friday finally admitted the issue that has been occurring with some MacBook and MacBook Pro keyboards. Hotstar Announces On Air with AIB Season 3 Release Date in New Trailer

Hotstar  has announced the release date for On Air with AIB season 3 in a new trailer: it’s out September 24. The news comedy show is hosted by the  All India Bakchod  sketch quartet of Tanmay Bhat, Gursimran Khamba, Rohan Joshi, and Ashish Shakya. As before, the show will release new episodes every week, though it’s unclear how many there will be given the shifting nature of the series in past years. After trying out a dual-language approach with the first season in 2015 – Bhat and Khamba in Hindi, and Joshi and Shakya in English – where two episodes tackling the same topics were released each week for a total of 20 episodes, On Air with AIB moved to a new format with its second season in 2017, releasing three episodes a week.
